Green Tea Cupcakes are my favorite recipe yet. It's a bit difficult to find, but these called for Matcha Tea powder, a Japanese green tea powder.
What's bakin? A variety of cupcakes, vegan ice cream, and other simple meals made on my weekends. These are made with organic and local ingredients, and many are gluten-free and/or vegan.
